Children are homeless too. Each day, sixty to ninety children call the Sulzbacher Center home. Our first priorities are ensuring that children are enrolled in school and that their health needs are addressed. The Sulzbacher Center also offers a haven for children living with homelessness - the Barnett Children’s Building. This inviting space is dedicated to laughter, learning and play, with activities that include tutoring, music, arts and crafts and scouting. The Barnett Building is well-equipped with books, toys, computers and audio-visual equipment. We work hard to help our children feel safe, allow them to learn and have fun, and most importantly, know that their community truly cares about them.
